I receive confirmation that the transfer was accepted, $78 off my credit card, and then a retraction five minutes later.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>We have reason to believe that your account was accessed by a third party. Because protecting the security of your account is our primary concern, we have limited access to sensitive PayPal account features. We understand that this may be an inconvenience but please understand that this temporary limitation is for your protection.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Then I log into paypal and it says I need to confirm my credit card information. I do that and the account is still restricted and I can&#8217;t send the money until paypal manually reviews my account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Damn you,
