“Horse Milk Tastes Like Sausage”

My sister has been in Kazakhstan for the last few days and has been sending me emails describing her surroundings. It wasn’t until today that I received my favorite description of Kazakhstan, though.

Evidently they eat a lot of meat (like Mongolia and the Northwestern Xinjiang region of China), but Kazakhstan in particular has a taste for horse meat. And, surprisingly, horse milk. So now you know: horse milk tastes like sausage.
