went to a club in echo park tonight called club echo.. wednesday nights in that place is called Dub Club. goddamn did it kick ass. when we got there it was a live 7-piece reggae show. unbelievable music, total vibes. the kind of thing i’m sure you can find in only a handful of cities on this continent. after that there was a dj with a gang of reggae mc’s trading the mic back and forth. everyone in the place was blazed and feeling irie. i bought a cd off one of the mc’s for 5 bones. he looked the most high out of all of them. the cd has a huge plant on it and a picture of the dude and it says live at the dub club. i’m so happy right now. time to pass out.
